Please follow these steps to change your term or plan from your online account:
After you login into your online account you will find " I want to" drop down box just below your Radio Id. Please click on that drop down box.
You will find " Change my term (buy longer and save!) " option.
If you do not find your desired plan please select "Show me more options" link.
You can certainly be able to change your plan using above steps.
